I was walking, in astral body, in a region of mountains, in a distant place from Brazil. It seemed to be Himalaya, Tibet.

Before climbing the mountain, I saw a companion of GESH, more or less in the middle of the mountain. Even tired, noticed her persevering when some obstacle appeared to break her march.

After verifying too high that mountain and the long road I should tread, and suddenly I was discouraged and had a terrible headache in both astral and physical body.

On that hour, I remembered of strong efforts so that my companion reached the top of the mountain. Then, someone told me:

"Take the same road that your companion is treading. It is a long and arduous road; however, you will find your companion and other friends to help you.

That voice was familiar to me. I wondered who was, and same voice answered me: Ramp.

As soon as I began to climb the mountain, a whirl appeared moving in the air, and followed me everywhere.

Finally, I understood that whirl resulted from my thoughts and soon, Ramp told me to abandon such thoughts so that I could surpass the obstacles and reach the top of the mountain.
