Clairvoyance: I was taken to somewhere, as if I were at meeting of the United Nations. There was large room with many padded chairs arranged to unique direction. So many men and women were dressed in an appropriate way to the event.

On one corner at certain distance from where I was, I saw an "Extraterrestrial." He was about three meters high, thin, oval head and clear skin. His body was covered with a blue hood, and had in the hands a scepter studded with precious and semiprecious stones.

He saw us and walked to our direction. I was apprehensive, because of his dark color garment and the hood covering his face in such a way, I could not see his eyes, mirrors of the soul that reveal the being's spiritual condition.

I sought observe and understand who that "extraterrestrial being" was. He was as tall as the Brothers of Orion. I only could see his skin that seemed without stains, but his very dark garments intrigued me enough. Was not that scepter full of precious stones wealth ostentation?

He approached and greeted us mentally: "In peace, we came!" My Instructor smiled slightly before my intense mental activity.

Then, I realized the "Extraterrestrial" was a good spirit looking for communication. Firstly, he explained the dark garments were necessary for not calling the attention of negative beings present at the meeting, where important decisions would be made concerning all "countries of the World". The precious stones in the scepter meant powerful defense weapons, if he were discovered and attacked by enemies. I thanked him excusing me for such distrust.

Very serious, he transmitted the following message. After finished, I had permission to capture from his mind, scenes of various Governments and negotiations involving the world peace. Before all facts the Brother accompanies, his concerns were very serious. Among the images captured, the President of Iran seemed followed by the extraterrestrial being.

Greetings to terrestrial people!

I am here with you, on behalf of the Ashtar Command.

The "High Governments" negotiate life on the Planet, in the same way; the merchant negotiates his merchandise brought in his bag.

The network created to sustain the materialistic way of living and its subsequent warranties of power, lust and fame are above the human dignity that should prevail for the humanity.

As a result of willful negligence and dominant selfishness, the imminence of an armed conflict of great proportions is a fact, which we must avoid.

Our trained minds have sought to rescue, amid the polluted debris of human thoughts, the moral values that should govern in this Planet.

Right now, we have destined "teams" to alter the mental pattern of the main "Leaders of the World", mainly, to change the political mechanism of their assistants.

We need more time, because a hecatomb now would bring great damages to the Planet, since there is an intention of using nuclear armaments, as demonstration of "power". However, we understand it would be one more demonstration of the human beings' madness.

So much bloodshed would elapse from an atomic explosion, and subsequently, terrible events would commit the stability of the "Planet’s axis" before the foreseen time.

Brothers, the programmed activities for the Planetary Transition enter in its most critical phase, and as a barrel full of gunpowder, the planet takes the risk of exploding at any moment. Avoid negative thoughts, sure that the mental power will put you safe at time and place, as the Creator’s Will.
