The lifestyle in the City of the Great Heart is calm, because everything there transmits peace. The tasks are slight and always encourage strengthening our inner forces.

- Yes, I am here by request of Illuminated Instructors, and under protection of my Spiritual Guide, to improve my knowledge in manipulating on energies. The work in the astral plan demands mental efforts, because the Forces contrary to the Light constantly are improving their strategies on combat.

Workmanships of every type are used; traps and attack systems against our Nuclei of Service. To maintain them safe, it becomes every day challenges, requesting on the part of the Workers of the Light profound knowledge and skills.

- Was the Brother already faced a task in that sense?

- I will remain close to you. I may answer for an Aid Post, on which I cannot give further details yet. For the time being, I am getting ready for the task.

By the way, have you already visited the lake of Joanna of Angelis at Great Heart City?

- Yes, we have been there twice, and we brought unforgettable memories of that splendid place.

- I think so. Many earthly souls took bath into those waters full of healing substances applied on the body and soul.

Many patients of the Venerable Joanna of Angelis, from this and other Spiritist Centers were helped with those healing substances, which results serve as reference so that places like this one may reproduce them nearby the terrestrial surface.

At present, I am studying on that subject and I strongly believe that to maintain a creation like those waters that filter impurities without becoming dirty, it is a challenge, but not impossible. Here, we are to learn about it.

- Does the Brother have practical classes on that subject?

- Yes, Joanna already taught me beautiful lessons of high level. We are five trainees in that area, and we already had practical classes that begun with self-mental strength.

During the classes, we were invited to elevate the thoughts to own astral corporal fluids, gradually reverting negative polarities into positive until we were able to practice it out of the atmosphere. It is quite prohibited to disturb the environment; therefore, spirits without self-control, they cannot stay there.

Thinking on self-discipline, smiling, I said to him, I am twice privileged.

- As that City designated for tasks in mental superior plane and above it, everything around contains unbreakable peace so that, inwardly, we detect contrasts and work them with mental strength.
